Early in the am on Monday a storm swept through neighborhoods throughout Rhode Island. The ProJo reported more than 113,000 homes and businesses lost power. Sons of Jacob Synagogue

A few months back Open Doors Rhode Island promoted a open house of the Sons of Jacob Synagogue, the oldest Orthodox congregation in Rhode Island. The synagogue, founded in 1896 is listed on the National Register of Historical places. Now in disrepair the synagogue will close its doors after this final public viewing. Doors Open RI
