No Kings Rally – October 18th 2025 Prov., R.I.

October 20, 2025 by James Turner

Scheduled nationwide protest named “No Kings Rally” to protest the current Republican Administration led by President Donald Trump. There was no way I would miss the opportunity to join fellow citizens to add my physical presence to show my dismay to the state of affairs of the US Government. The rally was scheduled for 1 – 4 pm. I arrived around 11am with the intention of getting a reasonable close by parking spot as well as wanting to start photographing as people began to drift in. I did not make it to 4pm, finding my wife and neighbor around 2:30ish we were all exhausted and decided to call it a day. What a fantastic turn out of RI Citizens at this rally. It was personally reassuring to see so many like minded citizens.

I do hope this is the last rally I attend as I’m getting a bit old for all this activity. I certainly believe there will be many more of such which I will certainly do my best to attend and show my dessent.
